Founder & CEO
Conor Quinn, the CEO and Founder of Plato Group, is a former senior official in the UK government, with 15 years’ experience leading teams and projects within the Prime Minister’s Cabinet Office and HM Treasury. He has also worked with the UN in the Middle East.
His expertise spans global markets having worked extensively with governments and businesses in China and Southeast Asia, East Africa, the Gulf, Europe and the Americas.
As a qualified barrister, he has also shaped international law and regulation and negotiated key bilateral and multilateral agreements. Under his leadership, the team delivers strategic solutions that make a tangible difference.
